Bach and the future

Cello Duello presents all 6 Suites for cello solo by Johann Sebastian Bach as well as extraordinary solo pieces written in the past 60 years. This program
shows on the one hand the contrasting tonal languages, on the other hand it displays structural connections and developements.

The project “Bach and the future” was premiered at the International Bachfest Leipzig 2005, which had the same motto in that year.
